Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) September 15, 2012
Matt Theriault, full-time real estate investor, coach and host of one of the more popular real estate investing podcasts on iTunes (http://EpicRealEstateInvesting.com), has limited his coaching for the last two years to just ten students per quarter. Given his recent personal exit from the ?rat race,? the number of students that he has on track to do the same and his growing waiting list of students, Matt has more time and inspiration to coach more people to their own financial independence. On October 1, 2012 Matt will open up his coaching program to ten additional students per quarter.
In October 2007, Theriault took a big business risk and made a commitment to inform and educate aspiring real estate investors on the realities of creating a business out of investing in real estate. ?Hype and fluff in real estate investing education is a time-tested business model in this industry that has proven very profitable for the gurus. After experiencing a reasonable amount of real estate success, I wish someone would have just told me up front that the business is worth pursuing but it will be very difficult and taxing. Had someone done so, I would?ve saved thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to do it the ?easy? way,? says Theriault. ?There are easier ways to do this business, but there isn?t an easy way. Simple maybe, but not easy? and those pursuing a real estate investing career should know this before they begin.?
Theriault first adopted a blog to deliver his authentic message, and later a podcast. Shortly after his podcast on iTunes began to increase in popularity, he announced his Epic Pro Coaching program. Pleasantly surprised by, yet unequipped to properly serve, the demand for his coaching, Theriault recorded his lessons on video and opened up the Epic Pro Academy in March of 2012.
?I?ve noticed that people learn in different ways. Some like reading, others like listening, while others want to watch videos at their own pace while even others prefer more of a one-on-one education from a private coach,? noted Matt, and he continued to say, ?I?ve got them all covered, and in hindsight it appears to have been a very smart move as I?ve noticed that my most successful students use a combination of mediums for their education.?
Now that Theriault has all of his education channels in place, he has more time to devote to his students that want one-on-one coaching. He?s opening the doors on October 1, 2012 to ten more students.
With 8 of his 10 current students having successfully completed at least one real estate transaction, Theriault is both excited and inspired about being able to help even more people accomplish their real estate investing goals and achieve their financial independence that they have previously been unable to do through other means.
Theriault openly admits that the investment strategy he teaches is not a one-size fits all strategy, but for those maxed out on their funds and credit, it fits like a glove.
?I?ve been through many different educational programs that have provided great information, but Matt?s coaching is the only one that actually breaks it down in an easy to follow step by step plan,? says Nathan Serga, a current coaching client of Theriault?s. ?I?m confident in saying that his step by step plan is why I?ve been able to finally get my first deal under my belt,? adds Nathan.
