Kloppenburg inducted into school Hall of Fame | Community sports news

Former NBA coach and defensive guru Bob Kloppenburg, a Bellevue resident and former coach with the Seattle Supersonics among other teams, will be inducted into the charter class of the John Marshall High School (Los Angeles) Hall of Fame on June 15.

Kloppenburg was the LA city Player of the Year during his prep days and later played at USC before finding his niche in coaching.

Andy Reid of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles, NFL Hall of Fame inductee Mike Haynes and former USC radio broadcaster Pete Arbogast will also be honored.
